苹果‘富士85-1’新品系的选育研究  

‘Fuji85-1’,A New Apple Selection Bred by Anther Culture

摘　　要：1985年选用苹果富士品种的花药培养成植株,1986年移栽成活,1993年开花结果。1996～1999年连续4年对其果实主要经济性状进行调查,果实硬度平均达9.2kg/cm2,比对照(长富2)平均8.5kg/cm2,提高8.2%;果实可溶性固形物平均16.9%,比对照平均13.9%,提高21.6%。1996年开始育苗,1998年建立对比试验点,2002年结果,花朵坐果率54.9%比对照49.7%,提高10.5%。4年生树折合产量1204.5kg/hm2,比对照产量346.5kg/hm2,提高247.6%。Fuji85-1was bred by anther culture by using the anther of Fuji apple variety in1985,transplanted in1986and fruited in1993.The fruit characteristics were evaluated from1996to1999.Results showed the fruit eating quality was obvi-ously better than that of the control(Nagafu No.2).Its soluble solids content averaged16.9%,increased by3.9%(the control averaged13.9%);the fruit firmness averaged9.2kg /cm 2 ,0.7kg /cm 2 higher than that of control.Trials have indicated that the trees were precocious,having a high fruit set percentage,the production of4-year-old trees could reach1204.5kg/hm 2 ,while for the control was only346.5kg /hm 2 .
