摘  要:目的 探讨脑血吸虫性肉芽肿的MRI延迟动态增强扫描表现。方法 作者回顾性分析了经手术病理和临床证实 2 0例脑血吸虫性肉芽肿的MRI动态增强扫描及延迟扫描资料。结果  60s内病灶无强化 ;12 0s~ 5min内出现大小不等、散在多发的小结节状轻度强化 ;5~ 10min后结节灶高度强化 ,且逐渐融合成团 ;10min后病灶强化逐渐消退。结论 MRI动态增强扫描及延迟扫描具有“慢强化、慢消退、融合成团”的特征性表现 ,对该病的正确诊断具有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the features of intracerebral schistosomiasis on dynamic MR images. Methods Dynamic Gadolinium enhanced MR imaging was performed in 20 patients with proved intracerebral schistomiasis, and the images were retrospectively analyzed. Results No enhancement of lesions was found on the images at the 60th second. The lesions showed gradual enhancement and confluence on the images obtained during 2 minutes and 10 minutes after Gd DTPA injection.The signal intensity of the lesions decreased slightly on the images at the 15th minutes. Conclusion 'Slowly enhanced', 'slowly washout' and 'confluence' are specific features of intracerebral schistomiasis on dynamic MR images.
