摘　　要：目的分析体外循环心内直视术后出血的处理效果。方法回顾分析 382例心内直视术后出血的围术期处理的临床资料。结果本组手术止血效果良好 ,无再次开胸止血病例。结论仔细的手术止血技术及围术期及时处理凝血功能异常 。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perioperative trea tment results of bleeding after open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Management of perioperative hemostasis in 382 cases unde rgoing open heart surgery was retrospectively analyzed. Results There was no rethoracotomy for hemostasis. Conclusion Careful su rgical technique and timely management of perioperative abnormal coagulopathy ca n remarkably reduce the times of rethoracotomy for hemostasis.
