摘  要:目的 建立阿霉素引起的大鼠急性心肌损伤病理模型及探索中药对其保护作用。方法 阿霉素7 5mg/kg给大鼠单次静脉注射 ,8天后取心脏制作病理切片 ,测定心肌匀浆和血清丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量。结果 大剂量一次静脉注射阿霉素可形成大鼠急性心肌损伤。中药黄芪和生脉胶囊在注射阿霉素前 1天开始口服 ,可明显保护阿霉素引起的心肌病理变化 ,降低心肌匀浆和血清MDA和增高SOD水平。结论 阿霉素造成急性心肌损伤的机制可能与过多的自由基释放相关 ,黄芪和生脉胶囊具有保护作用。Objective To establish a pathologic model of adriamycin-induced acute myocardial injury in rats, and to study the protective effect of Chinese traditional medicine to It. Methods The model of myocardial injury was produced by a single intravenous injection of adrimycin with the dose of 7.5mg/kg. After 8 days, myocardial histopathology, the content of malonialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of myocardial homogenate and blood serum were observed. Results The model of acute myocardial injury could be produced by a single intravenous injection of adrimycin. Shengmai Capsule and mongolian milkvetch root by oral at one day before injection of adriamycin, showed a significant protective effect on the acute histopathological myocardial injury, decreased the level of MDA and increased the level of SOD in myocardial homogenate and blood serum. Conclusions Adriamycin-induced acute myocardial injury may be related with excessive release of free radical, which could be protected by taking orally Shengmai Capsule and mongolian milkvetch root.
