摘 要:目的:探讨膝关节韧带损伤的MRI表现。材料与方法:22例共22个膝关节。采用膝关节专用正交线圈,SE序列,T_1WI和GRE序列行冠状位和矢状位扫描。结果:22个膝关节累及20条侧副韧带、10条十字交叉韧带。根据韧带损伤程度和MRI表现分为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级。结论:MRI能清楚显示膝关节韧带解剖结构,能准确诊断韧带损伤并进行分级,还能发现多种并发症,是膝关节韧带损伤最佳的检查手段之一。Objective To Investigate the findings of the ligament injury of the ligament injury of the knee jiont on MRI images. Materials and Methods Using special coil for knee jiont, coronal and sagittal scanning with SE sequence (T1WI ) and GRE sequence (T2WI) was performed on 22 knee jiont, in 22 patients. Results In 22 knee jionts total 20 collateral ligament, were injured and 10 curcial ligament, were sprained. The ligament injury was classifyied as I , I and I grades. Conclusion Coronal MR imaging can clear demonstrate the structure of the knee collateral ligament injury and correctly detect the complications, it is one of the best diagnostic modalities for the evaluation of ligament injury of knee jiont.
