摘　　要：目的 建立血脉通胶囊中原儿茶醛含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用HypersilODS_2—C_(18)(250mm×5.0mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇—1.0％醋酸溶液(10:90)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长280nm,柱温室温,进样量10μl,以峰面积外标法测定。结果 浓度在0.47～9.42μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率97.5％,RSD=0.78％。结论 该法简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于血脉通胶囊中原儿茶醛的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the RP-HPLC determination of protocatedchuic aldehyde in Xuemaitong capsules. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out with ODS2 - C18 Column and methanol-1. 0%HAC(10:90) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 280nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the absorption area value and the concentration in range of 0.47-9.42μg/ml(r=0. 999)for protocatedchuic aldehyde,The average recovery was 97. 5%,RSD = 0.78%(n=5). Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,it can be used in quality control of Xuemaitong capsules.
