摘　　要：研究链球菌HlpA对HUVEC产生TNF-α的作用。用1929成纤维细胞的细胞毒实验检测TNF-α活性。链球菌HlpA(0-80μg/ml)在体外以剂量和时间依赖方式促进HUVEC过量产生TNF-α(P<0.05)。LTA和HlpA的混合物对TNF-α的产生呈协同增强作用(P<0.05);抗HlpA和肝素则起抑制作用。To evaluate the effect of Streptococcus HlpA on the production of TNF-α by human umbilical cord vein vascular endothelial cells (HUVEC ) , the activity of TNF-α was determined by means of cytotoxicity assay with L929 cells. Streptococcus HlpA (0-80 μg/ml ) could induce an over-production of TNF-α by HUVEC cells in a dose and time dependent manner in vitro. There was a synergistic enhancing effect of the production of TNF-αinduced by a mixture of LTA and HlpA, and the anti-HlpA and heparin showed an inhibitory effect.
