中西医结合治疗海南虎纹蛙烂皮病的研究

摘　　要：中西药复合制剂蛙肤康治疗海南虎纹蛙的烂皮病 ,并与抗生素进行了比较。结果显示 :蛙肤康、红霉素、新霉素和 SMZ治疗组死亡率均极显著低于感染对照组 ;治愈率、有效率均高于感染对照组 ( P<0 .0 1) ;蛙肤康的治愈率、增重率均比红霉素、新霉素和 SMZ组高。WFK is a complex agents with Chinese herbs and other drugs. The WFK and antibiotics, including SMZ, neomycin and erytromycin were used to treat skin disease of Hainan frog .The results showed that there were significant difference in mortality, recovery rate and effective rate among WFK group, antibiotics group and infectious control group. Compared with antibiotics groups, the recovery rate and body-weight increasing rate are higher. WFK has an excellent impact to treat skin disease of Hainan frog.
