D3S1358、vWA和FGA基因座在河南回族群体中的遗传多态性分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解D3S13 5 8、vWA和FGA基因座多态性在河南回族群体中的分布特点及其应用价值。方法 :使用荧光自动检测技术。结果 :D3S13 5 8基因座检出 7个等位基因 (n =15 1) ,vWA基因座检出 7个等位基因(n =15 1) ,FGA基因座检出 13个等位基因 (n =14 9) ,三个位点的等位基因频率在群体中的分布符合Hardy Weinberg平衡。结论 :D3S13 5 8、vWA和FGA三个遗传标记的个人识别率高、非父排除能力较强且能稳定遗传 。Objective: To obtain the alleles frequencies and data of three STR loci(D3S1358、vWA and FGA) in Hui population living in Henan.Methods: The PCR products were analyzed by fluorescent detection.Results: 7 alleles and 16 genotypes were observed at D3S1358 locus,7 alleles and 23 genotypes were observed at vWA locus,13 alleles and 44 genotypes were observed at FGA locus.The alleles frequencies of three loci revealed no deviation from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibroum.Conclusion: The three loci(D3S1358、vWA and FGA)were proved to be highly discrimination and useful in the fields of individual identification and paternity diagnosis.
