两种并殖吸虫虫卵的形态比较

摘　　要：目的　探讨虫卵的特征在并殖吸虫分类学上的意义。　方法　将并殖吸虫后尾蚴或囊蚴经腹腔注射法感染大鼠 ,获取成熟虫卵 ,用 10 %甲醛固定后 ,油镜下观察虫卵并测量各项指标。　结果　测量的 8项指标中有 2项 (虫卵长径和卵盖宽度 )差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;另 6项指标 (虫卵宽径、卵盖高度、卵壳侧壁厚度、卵壳末端厚度、小棘的长径和宽径 )相比差异有高度显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。　结论　虫卵的特征在并殖吸虫虫种鉴别上有一定意义 ,值得进一步探讨。Objective To inquire into the value of the features of eggs of Paragonimus proliferus and Pagumogonimus skrjabini in classification. Methods The metercecarae or excysted metercecarae were injected into abdominal cavity of Wistar rats. The eggs came from mature body of Paragonimus, and fixed by 10% formalin, then were observed and measured by oil camera lens. Results There were no differences in egg length and egg lid width( P >0.05). There were notable differences in six targets (egg width, egg lid height, the thickness of side wall and end wall, thorn length and width)( P <0.01). Conclusion The egg features have momentous significance in the identification of the paragonimus.
