葛根对小鼠骨髓细胞增殖及抗体产生的研究

摘　　要：目的 :从免疫学方面探讨中药葛根的强身健体作用。方法 :用 10 0 %葛根水浸出液定期给小鼠灌胃 ,然后检测小鼠骨髓细胞增殖及抗体的产生。结果 :用药组小鼠抗体产生能力有显著增强作用 ,与对照组相比有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,而骨髓细胞增殖无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,未见有副作用。结论Objective:To research the effect of bone marrow proliferation and antibody production.Methods:Filled the stomaches with 100% water extract of Pueraria Lobata (Willd.) Ohwi regularly and tested bone marrow proliferation and antibody productinon.Results:Compared with control group the bone marrow proliferation and antibody production increased significantly in Pueraria Lobata (Willd.) Ohwi group (P<0.01) and no side effect appeared.Conclusion:These results indicated that taking PLO orally could enhance immune function obviously.
