川牛膝的品质研究

摘　　要：目的　研究川牛膝及含川牛膝中成药的质量分析与评价的新方法。方法　采用硅胶柱色谱进行分离 ,理化性质及光谱特征确定结构。结果　从川牛膝乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了 3个化合物 :β-谷甾醇 ,杯苋甾酮 ,羟基杯苋甾酮。以杯苋甾酮为指标成分 ,对 2 2个川牛膝样品及含川牛膝的中成药进行了薄层定性和HPL C定量测定 ,从而确定其内在质量。结论　此法简单 ,易行 。Objective To investigate a new method for evaluating the quality of Cyathula officinalis Kuan and its compounds. Methods The separation was carried out by silica gel chromatography, and the compounds were identified by means of physico chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results Three kinds of compounds were isolated from Cyathula officinalis Kuan and identified as β sitosterol, cyasterone and sengosterone. Pharmacodynamics research indicates that the cyasterone has the similar effect to the sex hormones and can assimilate protein. The cyasterone in 22 samples and its compounds was identified by TLC , and determined by HPLC. Conclusion The methods was simple,accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Cyathula officinalis Kuan and its compounds.
