摘　　要：目的　建立测定消痤颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法　采用HPLC法 ,SupelcosilTMLC - 18色谱柱 (4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 - 0 2 %磷酸水溶液 (4 7∶5 3) ;流速 1 0ml·min- 1 ;检测波长 2 80nm ;柱温 35℃。结果　黄芩苷在 0 0 30 6- 0 0 918μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 9997)。方法回收率为 10 0 5 % ,RSD在 0 98% - 1 6 %范围内 (n =5 )。 结论　此方法简便、快速、准确 ,分离效果好 ,可作为消痤颗粒的主要质控指标。OBJECTIVE To determine the content of baicalin in Xiaocuo granule.METHODS An HPLC was adopted.Supelcosil TM LC-18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(47∶53)with column temperature at 35℃.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 and detective wavelength was 280 nm.RESULTS The linear range of the determination is 0.0306- 0.0918 μg( r =0.9997).The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 0.98%-1.6%( n =5).CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Xiaocuo granules.
