摘  要:目的 探讨联麦氧钒对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)的降压作用及机理 ,特别是对瘦素 (leptin)的作用。方法 36只SHR大鼠随机分成 3组。主要测定指标 :体重、进食量、血压、leptin等。结果 联麦氧钒组大鼠体重、进食量、血压下降 ,而leptin水平升高 ,心得安组上述指标与对照组无显著差别。结论 联麦氧钒可以降低SHR大鼠的血压 ,并可使体重和进食量下降 ,其作用机理可能是影响了leptin的水平。Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of Bis(maltolo)oxovanadium(BMOV) on spontaneously hypertensive rats,especially on the leptin.Methods 36 SHR rats were randomly divided into three groups. They are the control group and positive placebo group and the BMOV group. The major indexes are body weight, food-intake, blood pressure and leptin.Results In BMOV group ,the indexes of BP,BW,FIT were reduced sharply. But the level of leptin was increasing. The positive placebo group just show lower pressure.Conclusion BMOV could reduced the BW,FIT,BP of the SHR rats. One of the mechanism is by elevating the leptin level.
