骨痹汤治疗强直性脊椎炎80例

摘　　要：强直性脊椎炎属于中医肾痹、骨痹辨证范畴,其病变部位以骶髂、腰骶、脊柱为主,多因先天不足,肾精亏虚,不能濡养督脉,督脉空虚,外邪乘虚而入,痹阻筋骨经络所致。其病理变化为本虚标实,虚实相兼,早期以邪实为主,晚期以正虚多见。以自拟骨痹汤为主治疗80例患者,有效率为88.75％。Ankylosing spondylitis is part of obstruction of the kidney channel and rheumatism invoIving the bone in TCM.The most affected parts are sacro -iliac articulation, lumbosacral joint and spine.Cause of the disease are congenital maldevolopment,deficiency of the kidney-essence causing that du channel cannot be nonrished.exopathogen enter the body and obstract the channel,muscle and joint.Pathology of the disease are deficiency in origin and exces sin superficiality, pathogenic factors prevailing at early stage and body resistance weakened at late.Self-made Gubi decoction was administered for 80 patients with the diseases, effective rate was 88.75%.
