健卫颗粒对胃肠运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察健卫颗粒对胃肠运动功能的作用。 方法 :将SD大鼠随机分成生理盐水组 (阴性对照 )、健卫颗粒 (低、中、高剂量 )组、温胃舒组 (阳性对照 )。口服给药 1h后 ,采用BL - 4 10生物机能实验软件系统观察记录大鼠胃的运动状态。利用同样的软件系统观察记录健卫颗粒对家兔离体肠管蠕动的影响 (用西沙比利作阳性对照 )。 结果 :实验表明健卫颗粒组大鼠的胃运动明显强于生理盐水组大鼠 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与温胃舒组相比无显著差异。健卫颗粒组动物家兔的离体肠管蠕动明显强于生理盐水组动物 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与西沙比利相比无显著差异。 结论 :健卫颗粒能显著增强在体麻醉大鼠。Objective To observe the effect of Jianwei granule on gastro intestinal motor function Methods The SD rats were randomly divided into physiological saline group(negative control),Jianwei granule(low,middle and high doses)groups and Wenweishu(温胃舒) and cisapride groups(positive control).One hour after oral administration the gastric motion was observed with BL 410 biological function system(BFS).The effect of the drug on the peristalsis of intestinal smooth muscle of rabbits was recorded with BPS.Results The effect of promoting motion of the gastro intestinal tract of Jianwei granule was obviously higher than that in physiological saline group( P <0 05)and was approaching to those in Wenweishu and cisapride group.Conclusion Jianwei granule may exert the function of promoting motion of the gastro intestinal tract.
