嗓音声学分析与电声门图检查的相关关系研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨发不同元音时嗓音声学分析 (acousticanalysis)参数与电声门图 (EGG)参数的相关性 ,明确这两种客观评价嗓音质量的检测方法的最佳元音声样。方法　对 40例正常人及 13 0例病理嗓音患者发三种不同的元音 /a/、/i/、/ /时进行嗓音声学分析及电声门图检查 ,对两种检查参数 :jitter、shimmer、NNE作相关关系研究。结果采用SPSS 9.0统计软件分析处理。结果　发 /a/、/i/、/ /三个元音 ,嗓音声学分析与电声门图的jitter、shimmer、NNE各参数之间均具有相关性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而发 /i/音时相关关系较发 /a/、/ /音时差。结论　作嗓音声学分析及电声门图检查时 ,/a/、/Objective To investigate the relation ship between the parameters of acoustic analysis and Electroglottography(E GG) with the different vowel /a/、/i/、// and decide which vowel is the fittes t. Methods 40 normal and 130 pathologic voice patients were accepted acoustic analysis and EGG test. The correlation between acoustic and EGG parameters with the different vowels was investigated by SPSS statistical software. Results The correlation between acoustic and EGG paramete rs with /i/ were lower than that with /a/ and //. Conclusion /a/ and // are the preferred vowels for acou stic analysis and EGG.
