摘　　要：目的 :探讨气管切开术后金属套管发生逆转的原因、处理方法及预防措施。方法 :回顾分析气管切开 8例术后 30min至 7d内出现套管逆转的临床资料。结果 :患者均出现不同程度的呼吸困难 ,经重新调整套管位置后改善或消失。结论 :对于颈项粗短的患者 。Objective:To explore the reason,management and prevention of the position-reversed tracheal cannula of the tracheotomy. Method: The clinical data of 8 cases with the reversed of tracheal cannula was reviewed retrospectively. Result: All patients had various dyspnea and improved by correctly inserting the tracheal cannula again.Conclusion: The plastic tracheal cannula for only-one use should widely be applied, especally for the fatty patients having thick and short neck.
