摘　　要：目的　总结微创手术在心脏外科手术中的应用。方法　 1998年 5月～ 2 0 0 0年 9月 ,微创心脏手术 16 6例。男 4 5例 ,女 12 1例。年龄 1～ 5 7岁 ,平均 14 .6岁。根据年龄、不同病种和肥胖程度不同 ,采用右前外乳腺下弧形切口、右腋下斜形切口及正中小切口完成手术。结果　 16 6例患者均治愈出院 ,恢复良好。结论　微创心脏手术 ,切口小、损伤轻、安全、恢复快、美观 ,效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical use of minimally invasive heart operation. Methods One hundred and sixty-six cases of heart operations were s elected from the period May in 1998 to September in 2000,including 45 males and 121 females,age from 1 year old to 57 years old,the average age was 14.6 years o ld.According to age,morbidity and obesity level,we selected the small right ant erolateral submammary arc incision thoracotomy or the small right anterolateral subaxillary oblique incision thoracotomy,or the small sternal median incision th oracotomy. Results The 166 patients were all cured and discharged,the postoper ative results were good. Conclusion For the minimally invasive heart operations,the incision is small,trauma is mild,safety is good,the recovery is soon,and it is also beautiful.So the result is good.
