摘 要:目的 观察侧脑室注射去甲肾上腺素 (NE)及其α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明对吗啡成瘾大鼠戒断症状的影响。方法 按剂量逐日递增原则 ,1日 3次皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液 ,连续注 5天 ,建立吗啡成瘾大鼠模型。用微量注射的方法侧脑室注入NE及酚妥拉明 ,观察其对戒断症状的影响。结果 侧脑室注射NE可明显地减轻吗啡成瘾大鼠的大部分戒断症状 ,酚妥拉明可阻断NE的抑制作用。结论 酚妥拉明可阻断NE对吗啡戒断反应的抑制作用 ,表明中枢神经系统的α受体参与调制吗啡成瘾大鼠戒断症状的产生。Objective To study the effect of intracerebroventricular injection of norepinephrine (NE) and a receptor antagonist phentolamine on withdrawal syndrome in morphinistic rats. Methods Morphine hydrochloride was injected into rat's back subcuta neously 3 times a day for 5 days successively in order to build up the morphini stic model according to the principle of gradually increasing the dose of morphine. T he withdrawal syndrome of morphinistic rat was observed by microintracerebrov entricular injection of NE or phentolamine. Results After intracerebroventricular injection of NE or phentolami ne, the withdrawal syndromes of morphinistic rats were obviously reduced,and the inhibitory effects of NE were blocked by phentolamine. Conclusion The inhibitory effects of NE to the withdrawal responses in morphinistic rats are blocked with phentolamine,i.e. the α receptor in ce ntral nervous system could modulate the production of the withdrawal syndrome in morphinistic rats.
