摘  要:目的 研究中药复智散对神经细胞生存状态的影响。方法 用不同浓度的复智散孵育神经母细胞瘤株SH SY5Y细胞 ,利用MTT法测定细胞存活率 ,制定量 -效关系曲线 ,寻找最佳药物浓度 ;用Aβ2 5 35孵育SH SY5Y细胞制作细胞损伤模型 ,加入复智散孵育模型细胞 ,测定MTT代谢率、神经细胞的胞体面积和轴突长度。结果 复智散可增进SH SY5Y细胞的存活、胞体扩展及轴突生长 ,抵制Aβ2 5 35的毒性效应。 结论 复智散可促进神经细胞生存 ,具有明确的保护神经细胞的作用。Objective To study the effect of Fuzhisan on the viability of ner ve cells. Methods Neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y) were incubated with Fuzhisan in different concentrations. The survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells was detected b y MTT assays. Concentration-effect Curve was made in order to select the optimal concentration of Fuzhisan. At first,a model of neuron injury in vitro was cul tured by incubating SH-SY5Y cells in Aβ25-35. Then,the model cells were incub a ted by Fuzhisan. In the end,MTT metabolizing rate,area of the cell's body and le ngth of its axon were investigated. Results Fuzhisan filled the roles of protecting SH-SY5Y cells fr om toxicity of Aβ25-35,increasing survival rate,guaranteeing and promoting gro wth of neurons. Conclusion Fuzhisan can indeed increase the viability of nerv e cells,and protect cells from Aβ25-35 toxicity.
