摘　　要：ICD的临床研究取得了很大的进展。大规模、多中心、随机化ICD临床试验(包括ICD作为对心脏性 猝死的二级预防和一级预防性治疗),为ICD的临床指引提供了翔实的循征医学证据,使得ICD治疗的适应证不断 扩大。Great progress has been made in implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD)therapy. Rich evidence was provided for ICD therapy from large scale, multicenter, randomized clinical trials on ICD, included prophylactic implantation of ICD for primary prevention and secondary prevention from sudden cardiac death. The indications of ICD therapy have been increased.
