摘　　要：目的:了解运动疗法在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎中的作用。方法:选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者40例,分成运动疗法组和对照组,每组各20例。使用日本整形外科学会的《膝关节功能评定表》进行评测,运动疗法组进行规范的肌力训练,对照组采用物理疗法。结果:训练后,运动疗法组患者膝关节功能比训练前明显改善,疗效优于对照组。结论:规范的运动疗法可减轻膝关节骨性关节炎的症状,改善其功能。Obje ctive:To study the effects of exercise therapy in osteoarthritis of the knee.Met hod:40patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected and divided into tw o groups,training group(n=20)and control group(n=20).'Knee Joint Function Asses sment'defined by Japanese Plastics Association were slected.Muscle strength tra ining was used in training group and iatrophysics was used on control group.Resu lt:After exercises,the functions of training group were improved.It was better t han the control group.Conclusion:Appropriate exercises may relieve the symptom o f osteoarthritis of the knee and improving knee joint functions.
