奶牛慢性子宫内膜炎的治疗试验

摘　　要：选用乳酸环丙沙星、中药"孕宝"制剂两种药物对134头患有慢性子宫内膜炎的奶牛进行治疗对比试验。结果表明,乳酸环丙沙星治疗慢性卡他性子宫内膜炎、慢性卡他性脓性子宫内膜炎、隐性子宫内膜炎的治愈率分别为79.17%、72.73%、71.43%;"孕宝"治疗此3种慢性子宫内膜炎的治愈率分别为93.10%、72.73%、83.33%。乳酸环丙沙星治疗慢性卡他性脓性子宫内膜炎的效果优于"孕宝","孕宝"治疗慢性卡他性子宫内膜炎和隐性子宫内膜炎的效果则高于乳酸环丙沙星。Ciprofloxacin lactate and traditional Chinese medicinal herbs Yunbao were used to cure 134 dairy cows with chronic endometritis.The results showed that the cure rate of ciprofloxacin lactate on chronic catarrhal endometritis, chronic purulent catarrhal endometritis and subendometritis was 79.17%,72.73% and 71.43% respectively.The cure rate of Yunbao on the diseases was 93.10%,7273% and 83.33% respectively.The effect of ciprofloxacin lactate on purulent catarrhal endometritis was better than that of Yunbao, but the effect of Yunbao on the other two diseases was better than that of ciprofloxacin lactate.
