葛根素、弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察葛根素、弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法　 90例 (男 4 9例 ,女 4 1例 ) 2型糖尿病周围神经病变 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 8例应用葛根素 0 3g ,加入生理盐水 2 5 0ml,或木糖醇5 0 0ml中静滴 ,1次 /d ;弥可保 5 0 0 μg ,肌注 ,1次 /d。对照组 4 2例用维生素B110 0mg ,肌注 ,1次 /d ;维生素B12 5 0 0 μg ,1次 /d。两组均以 15d为 1个疗程。 结果　治疗组总有效率 89 6 % ,对照组为 6 4 3% ,两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。药物不良反应轻微。结论　在严格控制血糖、血脂、血压的基础上 ,联合应用葛根素、弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效 ,能减少糖尿病的致残率。Objective To observe the therpeutic effect of puerarin injection and methylcobalamin on pathological damage of peripheral nervous system caused by diabetis mellitus.Methods Ninety cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(49 men and 41 women) were divided into two groups at random.Therapy group(48 cases) was gave puerarin injection and methylcobalamin.We used 0.3g puerarin injection dissolved in 250ml 0.9% NaCl or 500ml xglitol injection dripped intravenously;methylcobalamin 0.5μg injected intramuscularly once every day.The other group(42 cases) was treated with VitB_1 100mg and VitB_ 12 0.5μg intramuscularly once every day.A course of treatment consisted of fifteen days.Results The effective rate in therapy group was 89.6% and 64.3% in control group.The difference was significant(P<0.01).The side-effect of the drugs was slight.Conclusion With the strict control of blood glucose,blood lipidemia,blood pressure,combination of puerarin injection and methylcobalamin can relieve the symptom caused by pathological damage of peripheral nervous result from diabetes mellitus and reduce the disable rate of diabetes mellitus.
