摘　　要：目的　分析踝关节骨折的手术方法和内固定技术特点。方法　对 10 2例踝关节骨折的手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,强调外踝解剖复位及下胫腓损伤灵活处理 ,对后踝、内踝合理内固定并注意距骨体在踝穴中的位置。结果　随访 8个月至 4年以上 ,优 5 4例 ,良 38例 ,可 9例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 90 2 %。结论　骨折手术治疗应遵循踝关节的生理特点 ,恢复踝关节的稳定 ,灵活合理有效施行内固定。Objective To analysis the operative methods and technique features of internal fixation for the ankle fracture.Methods The clinical deta of 102 cases of ankle fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Results The follow-up period ranged from 8 months to 4 years.The curative effects were better in 54 cases,good in 38 cases,fair in 9 cases and poor in 1 case.The satisfactory rate was 90.2%.Conclusion The operation of ankle fracture should follow the physiological characteristics,recover the stabilization of the ankle joint and perform the internal fixation effectively and reasonably.
