摘　　要：从三个方面论述了现代局部战争与海军的关系 :根据历次局部战争的情况 ,总结了现代局部战争的特点 ;结合历次局部战争探讨了海军在其中扮演的角色 ,表明海军在局部战争中的作用日益重要 ;从进一步提高海军在现代局部战争中的作用出发 ,探讨了海军发展的走向 ,这也是美国和其他西方海军发展的趋势。This article discussed the relationship of navy and modern local war from three aspects. Firstly, we concluded the feature of modern local war according to all previous local wars. Secondly, we discussed the role of navy in those local wars which showes that navy is more and more important. At last, we tried to explore the development of navy on the basis that navy should play more important role in local war, which is also the development trend of US navy and west navies.
