摘 要:依靠美国等西方国家的帮助 ,台湾于 2 0世纪 80年代末形成了初步覆盖三军的军事科技与工业体系 ,随后 ,台湾又从 90年代中期开始着手调整岛内军事科技工业能力 ,至今调整仍在进行之中。本文则从调整的目标、原因。Depending on support of west advanced countries including US, British and French, Taiwan achieved preliminary military science technology and industry system covering army, navy and air force in the late 1980s. Subsequently, Taiwan government began to adjust military science, technology and industry capabilities in the island since the mid-1990s. So far, the adjustment is under way. This paper provides a detailed description and analysis on this adjustment of Taiwan military science, technology and industry capabilities in the light of goal, background, emphasis and measures of the adjustment.
