EPS板外墙外保温技术在现浇混凝土工程中的应用

摘　　要：膨胀型聚苯乙烯泡沫板(EPS)外墙外保温技术具有保温、解决热桥问题、保护外墙、增加建筑物使用面积和便于室内装修等优点。在现浇混凝土工程中应用的主要施工流程为绑外墙和柱钢筋,安装EPS板,支模,浇筑混凝土,处理门窗洞口、变形缝及墙面分格缝,粘贴网格布,抹聚苯砂浆等。为保证施工质量,应采取用聚苯胶堵变形缝、分格缝、洞口边缘缝,用封口胶封严门窗框四周,控制好墙面垂直度等措施。The technology of exterior thermal insulation composite system with the expanded polystyrene board form sheet(EPS)owns several advantages:having good heat insulation,solving heat bridge,protecting exterior wall,increasing the usable area of building,and making interior decoration easier.The followings are the main construction procedures in cast-in-place concrete project:exterior wall binding,reinforcement distri-bution,EPS installation,formwork set-up,pouring concrete,treatment of doors,windows,holes,distorted seams and isolation joints on wall surface,stick of gridding cloth reinforcement,plaster of mortar,etc.Such measures should be taken to guarantee the construction quality of the project.They are to use polystyrene adhesive to block up the distortion,the seams of the edge holes,and to use the sealing compound to seal around the doors and windows,and to control the vertical degree of the wall.
