摘 要:随机信号分析是检验各种机电设备运行时噪声振动的有力措施,是改进设计、避免共振的依据。动态分析仪为随机信号提供了分析手段。信号分析仪的关键技术之一是抗混滤波器的研制。过去采用多个不同截止频率的模拟滤波器来实现,不但电路复杂,而且切换频段十分麻烦。简介了研制的随机振动信号处理虚拟仪器系统的组成。叙述了其中的抗混滤波器的作用与要求,在分析开关电容IC-MAX290系列滤波器性能的基础上,研制了基于MAX293的抗混滤波器,尤其对遇到的"共振"现象作出了理论分析及实验证实,并予以解决。该抗混滤波器具有电路简单、变带宽方便、过渡带衰减迅速等特点,为实现动态分析仪的高性能提供了条件。The analysis of random signal is the powerful measure of detecting the noise and vibration of the different kinds of mechanical and electrical instruments when they are running.It is also the base of the reforming design and avoiding resonance.A dynamic analyzer affords the analysis means of the random signal.One of the key technique of the dynamic analyzer is designing an anti alias filter.In the past it was realized by using a number of analogue filters with different cut-off frequencies.But those filters' circuits were complex and the converting frequency band was very difficult.Here the composition of the developed virtual instrument system of processing a random vibration signal is introduced.The action and demand of the anti alias filter in the system are recounted.After analyzing the switched capacitor IC-MAX290series filters,the anti alias filter is developed based on MAX293EPA.Espesially,the“resonance”phenomenon is analyzed theoretically and the analysis is proved by the experiment.The“resonance”is avoided.The anti alias filter has the performance of the circuit being simple,the change of the pass band convenient,and the attenuation of the transition band sharp.In the result,the condition is afforded of realizing a high performance dynamic analyzer.
