摘　　要：胜坨油田常用的液压示功仪具有工作强度大 ,测试精度低的缺点 ,为了提高油井原始资料的准确性 ,降低工人劳动强度 ,开发了安全、实用、性能卓越的抽油机井测试专用SM4载荷传感器。该传感器采用先进的贴片工艺和密封技术 ,其良好的弹性体性能和电阻应变计性能可保证在野外长期稳定工作。在胜坨油田的应用中已取得良好的效果。The conventional hydraulic dynamometer is hard to operation and low in testing accuracy,to improve original data accuracy and reduce operating strength,SM4 load transducer special for pumping well test is developed. Being adopted advanced sheet-contact process and seal technology,the transducer has better elastomer and resistance strain gauge performances,which can guarantee stable long term running.
