摘　　要：对短柱基础能否作为框架底层柱的嵌固端提出看法 ,旨在减少底层柱的计算长度 ,以满足底层的侧向刚度不小于相邻上一层侧向刚度的 70 % ,使结构计算简单化 ,避免繁琐的计算 ,供工程设计的同行参考。Basing on the demonstration about the design of puncheon foundation,whether puncheon foundation can be inbuilt-end of frame bottom post is presented.The aim is to decrease the effective length of bottom post,and make side-stiffiness of bottom not less than 70% of that of adjacent superstratum.Consequently,it avoids large numbers of calculation.Also,it is useful for engineering design and further study.
