摘　　要：通过对隋唐时期洛阳城的城内布局情况的分析,探讨其在营建的指导思想方面对传统法式的继承和在具体布局规划过程中所做的创新之举,并分析了其在我国古代都城发展史中所起的重要作用和对后世建筑思想所产生的影响。By the way of analysing the city layout of Luoyang city in the period of SUI and TANG Dynasties, this paper discusses its inheritage of the traditional methods in the guideline of the architecture, the creative measures made during the process of the design of the concrete layout. The paper also tries to analyse its important role in the development of the ancient capitals as well as its influence on the later architectural thought.
