摘　　要：在分析了 2 1世纪住宅建筑发展趋势的基础上 ,根据我国目前建筑节能设计的实际情况和人们的普遍期望 ,提出了对寒冷地区建筑夏季应采取的防热。The measures for summer heat protection and energy\|saving that should be taken for the buildings in cold regions are proposed according to the actual conditions of the current architectural energy\|saving design in China, as well as the expectations of people, based on analyzing the developing trend of residential buildings in the 21st century.
