摘　　要：随着25000公里高速公路的建成,全国高速公路资产存量达到了十分巨大的规模。与其他商品相比,高速公路资产具有独特的经济属性,如资产国有、所有权经营权分离等,这就决定了其独特的运作方式。在目前的市场经济条件下,只有充分认识高速公路资产的经济属性,才能有效地盘活高速公路资产存量,搞好高速公路资产管理,为外资和社会资金投资高速公路提供畅通的途径。With the foundation of 25000 kilometer highway, the assets retain has reached alarge scale. Compared with the other commodity, the highway assets own its par-ticular economy characteristics. Diverged the state ownership from the manage-ment right, the highway has its particular operation. Under the condition of presentmarket economy, it is necessary to fully understand its characteristics for manage-ment effectively, and foreign and social venture.
