摘　　要：苏州接插元件研究所在为某外资企业研制两种接触件时,经反复试验,成功设计了无废料冲压模。经三年生产实践,已冲制了40万件,零件质量完全满足外商验收条件。模具采用无废料冲制节约了原材料,取得了较好的经济效益。文章主要介绍该模具的设计原理及思路。When Suzhou connector Element Research Institute was studying to manufacture two kinds of contacting pieces for a foreign funded enterprise.after repeated tests.a punching and pressing die without waste material was successfully designed.With three years of production practice,0.4 million pcs were punched,the part quality was fully met with the inspection and acceptance conditions of the foreign businessman.The adoption of no-waste material die to punch saved raw material, and achieved better economic benefit.The article introduce the design thinking for reference of the same job.
