摘　　要：通过对目前生产的有心轴托辊部件的结构分析,论述了有心轴托辊部件的缺点和新型无心轴托辊的优点,并制定了新型无心轴托辊的工艺流程,介绍了新型无心轴托辊的旋压工艺在车床上的应用和应注意的问题。Through an analysis to the structure of mandrel roller components at present, the paper describes the shortcomings of mandrel roller components and the advantages of the new type non - mandrel roller, establishes the technological process of the new type non - mandrel roller and introduces the application and attention of spinning technology of the new type non - mandrel roller in lath.
