摘　　要：胀套式无键联接装置系一种新型的轮轴无键联接装置,是过盈联接的一种特殊形式。 利用相配合的内外锥形环在轴向夹紧力的作用下产生的径向位移,最后与所联接的孔和轴的配合 面紧密配合产生巨大的压紧力,从而产生相应的摩擦力以传递扭矩和轴向力。Expanding-sIeeve and keyless connective device is a new type of device without keys. It is a special form which the shaft and the sleeve are negative allowance. The principle is that the coordinate inside and outside taper rings will produce radial displacement under axial squeeze. This will make the rings along with the hole and the shaft which they connect to produce great pressure.The frictional force produced by this pressure can transmit twisting or axial force.
