摘　　要：由于梭车在井下运输过程中经常超载运行,工况条件很差而且还需要频繁地调速及换向,所以对行走及运输电机的性能要求很严格,这2种电机的调速方法均为变极调速,但它们却是2种不同的接线方式。如果变极接法不正确,会引起电机故障甚至损坏电机。根据检修经验,总结了它们接线及判别方法,为以后检修或判断梭车电机接线提供了良好的意见。Due to the shuttle care are keeping working under ground frequently under overload, Hard working conditions with the speed changed and inverter operated continuously. So it is very crucial to the performances of the traction motors. The mode of the speed change over for these two types of motors are both done with the polarities altered but the ways of connection are different. So any wrong connections for the polarities alteration may cause motors faulty or damaged. The author has concluded the correct connections and way to judge by his accumulated maintenance experience, which will be helpful for wiring on motors of shuttle car in future.
