摘　　要：以轿车万向节星型套精锻工艺及模具智能设计为研究对象,建立集成智能设计系统的模型,分析几何造型方法,研究工艺、模具及电极设计的知识表示方法及推理机制,并建立回弹量预测模糊神经网络。最后,介绍程序的开发及运行实例。In this paper, the CAD/CAM system for complicated CVJ Inner Race cold-forging parts is studied. An integrated intelligent model is put forward. The solid modeling technology is analyzed. The knowledge presentation method and inference engine are studied for the design of process, mould and electrode. The fuzzy predicator by artificial neural network is set up. Finally, the program development and running example are introduced.
