摘　　要：从原料、配方、设备、模具和工艺等方面讨论了塑料异型材挤出的质量控制,分析了影响异型材质量的因素,提出了质量控制的方法及手段。对塑料异型材生产过程中常见的质量问题及缺陷进行了分类和整理,提出了解决的对策。This study discusses the quality control of the plastics profile extrusion from raw material, ingredient, equipment, die, processing condition, etc. The influencing factors of the plactics profile' s quality are analyzed. The methods and measures of the quality control are put forward. In addition, the common quality questions and defects in the profile extrusion are classified and tidied, the countermeasures are also offered.
