摘 要:建立了螺管电磁铁的温度场模型。考虑到发热功率及散热系数为温度的函数 ,采用寻优方法计算温度场。通过对温度场的分析建立电磁铁的瞬态热路数学模型 ,研究了电磁铁中热的流动。与温度场的计算结果进行对比 ,并用实验加以验证。A thermal field model of a solenoid magnet is built.When temperature changes have great effects on the power,errors may be brought under the condition of using the power in the cold state as a heat source.The power of the coil at the stable temperature rise must be used as a condition to obtain precise results.Convectional heat transfer coefficients are also functions of the temperature and have effects on results.Before the thermal field is calculated,stable temperature rises in each part of the electromagnet are unknown,so it is impossible to determine the power and convectional heat transfer coefficients at the stable temperature rise.Because the power and heat transfer coefficients are considered as functions of the temperature,the thermal field is calculated by searching optimization.A mathematical model of the thermal circuit is built by analyzing the thermal field.The heat flow in the solenoid magnet is simulated.The result of the thermal circuit is compared with that of the thermal field.An experiment is made to test the results of the thermal field and the thermal circuit.
