摘  要:目的 研究酒精性骨坏死的发病机制 ,以及藻酸双酯钠 (PSS)、二磷酸盐联合应用对酒精性骨坏死的预防作用。方法 动物 (兔 )分两组 ,对A组采用烈性白酒 (含乙醇 5 0 % ) 10ml/kg·d-1剂量灌胃。B组在采用以上剂量烈性酒灌胃的同时 ,每日给予口服PSS及二磷酸盐。实验时间持续 8周。实验前后测血脂、血栓前状态分子标记物 ,观察肝脏及骨组织病理改变。结果 A组动物出现血脂升高 ,处于高凝血状态。肝脏脂肪变性 ,出现股骨头坏死。而B组血脂升高较少 ,未出现高凝血状态。肝脏及骨组织病理改变较轻。结论 长期大量酗酒可以导致骨坏死 ,藻酸双酯钠。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of alcohol-induced osteonecrosis, and the preventive effect of the combination of bisphosphonates (BPs) and polysaccharide (PSS) on alcohol-induced osteonecrosis. Methods Rabbits were divided randomly into two groups: group A and group B. Rabbits in group A were treated with distilled spirit (50%, v/v)(10 ml/kg·d -1 ); rabbits in group B was with alcohol as that in group A, and meanwhile, orally received PSS and alendronate for 8 weeks. Before and after the experiment, blood sample and marker of pre-thrombus condition were tested and the histopathological changes of the liver and the osseous tissues were observed. Results The serum lipid level rose in group A, and hypercoagulability was observed. Liver fatty change and femoral heads necrosis were observed. In group B, serum lipid level was lower than that in group A, and hypercoagulability was observed; the histopathological changes of the livers and osseous tissue were less significant. Conclusion Chronic alcohol abuse can lead to osteonecrosis and the treatment with the combination of PSS and alendronate has the preventive effect on alcohol-induced osteonecrosis.
