摘  要:油田生产中,经常出现井底砂埋现象,影响采油或注水,通常的做法是下光管冲砂,但这种方法在井底压力较低时可能造成井口不返液及冲起的砂液回灌地层,影响清砂效果甚至可能造成清砂作业失败。因此,研究采用保护油层封隔器冲砂技术,来解决这一问题。应用该技术能快速建立起循环,并可将砂子全部冲至地面。另外,为防止冲砂液对地层造成污染,研究了专用抽砂泵,其现场应用操作简单、使用设备少,是一种低成本、高效率的清砂方法。Fill - off bottom often occurs during production and affects oil recovery or water injection. Blank casing is usually used to clean out sand, but when bottom - hole pressure is low, this may result in no fluid flowing at wellhead and recharging of removed sand, which may affect sand removal or even lead to failure. Therefore, reservoir protection packer sand washing technique is adopted to solve this problem . This technique can establish circulation rapidly and flush all sand to surface. In addition, in order to avoid formation contamination by sand cleaning fluid, a special sand pump has been developed, which is easy to operate, uses less equipment, and is low cost and highly efficient .
