摘  要:硝酸粉末酸化工艺技术,是利用固体硝酸粉末与盐酸以一定的比例混合后,生成氧化能力很强的氯化亚硝酰。它能够激烈地局部溶蚀岩石及其堵塞物,而不破坏地层结构,从而疏通油路,提高地层的渗透率。与常规酸化工艺技术相比,硝酸粉末具有解除无机物堵塞、暂堵、穿透深、二次污染小、解除油堵和水堵等作用。现场应用表明,该工艺技术不仅对碳酸盐岩储层有明显的作用,而且对埋藏较深的粗面岩也具有较好的应用效果。因此,该工艺技术具有广泛的推广应用价值。Hydrogen nitrate powder acidizing is to mix solid hydrogen nitrate powder and hydrochloric acid in certain proportions to generate strong oxidizing nitrosyl chloride, which can violently and locally dissolve rock and blocked material without destroying formation structure, to make through oil path and improve formation permeability. Comparing with conventional acidizing techniques, hydrogen nitrate powder can remove inorganic plugging, oil and water plugging, penetrate deeply, and has minor secondary contamination. Field application shows that this technique is effective not only in carbonate reservoir, but also in deeply buried trachyte reservoir. So that it is worth of popularization .
