EFFECTS OF XINGNAOKANG ON LEARNING AND MEMORY FUNCTION IN RATS AND MICE

摘  要:采用迷宫和跳台法研究了醒脑康冲剂对大鼠和小鼠学习、记忆的影响。结果表明,ig醒脑康冲剂两周,能明显提高幼年大鼠迷宫光亮分辨反应的学习能力和记忆保存,减少成年大鼠达学会标准所需电击次数,对抗最大电休克致大鼠逆行性遗忘。同时能促进老龄小鼠被动回避操作的记忆保持,拮抗东莨菪硷造成小鼠记忆获得不良,改善亚硝酸钠引起的小鼠记忆巩固障碍及乙醇造成的小鼠记忆再现缺损。益智药脑复康亦具有相似作用。The effects of Xingnaokang(XNK)on learning and memory function were studied by using both maze and step-down methods in rats and mice. After i·g·administration of XNK 10~20g/kg, bid or piracetam 0.2g/kg, bid for 15 days, The percentage of correct responses significantly increased in brightness discrimination in maze. The results of d30 test showed significant facilitation to subsequent maintenance of brightness discrimination in infantile rats. In addition, XNK also markedly improved the retrograde amnesia induced by maximal electro-convulsive shock in adult rats. In mouse step-down t est, after i·g·administration of XNK 6~12g/kg,bid or piracetam 0.2g/kg,bid for 5 days,both of the drugs improved the retention of the learned task 24h later in the aged mice. Meanwhile,Xingnaokang may recovex from that the memory impairments of acquisition,consolidation and retrieval was induced by scopolamine, NaNO_2and ethanol in adult mice, respectively. The results indicate that XNK and piraeetam maydireetly act on the central nervous system and facilitating learning and the course of acquisition, consolidation and retrieval of memory.
