摘　　要：该文介绍了智能小区的基本内容,探讨了基于GIS的智能小区的系统组成,利用Delphi、MapX和SQLServer2000实现了智能小区的空间信息和属性信息的存储、可视化查询和修改,并给出了智能小区系统的功能界面。The paper introduces the content of intellig ent community system and explores the structure of intellig ent community system based on GIS.Visualized query and maintenance of spatial and attribute data of intellig ent community is realized with Delphi ,MapX and SQL Server 2000.At the same way,the interface of intellig ent community system is g iven.
