摘  要:分别用粘度法和微孔滤膜法研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺 /柠檬酸铝交联体系 (CDG)的形成 ,并用微孔滤膜法研究了多元醇类物质、酚类物质、油田用缓蚀阻垢剂及油田回注水对CDG交联体系的影响。结果表明 ,粘度法不能用于评价低浓度的CDG体系交联情况 ,但可用微孔滤膜法评价 ;多元醇对CDG体系基本无影响 ;微量的酚类物质会严重影响交联聚合物的形成 ;含磷酸基团的缓蚀阻垢剂对CDG的影响很大 ;改变交联比 ,可以用油田回注水配制CDG体系 ,最佳交联比为 1 0∶1。The formation of the low concentration HPAM/AICit colloid dispersion gels (CDG) is investigated by the viscidity method and microporous filter method. The influences factors, such as manu - hydroxy alcohol, hydrox ybenzene, corrosion/scale inhibitors and oil - field circle injection water, are also studied. The viscidity method is not suitable for evaluation of the information of the low concen tration HPAM/A1Cit colloid dispersion gels. But it can be evaluated by the microporous filter method. Manu- hydroxyalcohol has little influence on the CDG, the hydroxybenzene and corrosion/scale inhibitors have bad influence on cross linking. In terms of the experiment results, CDG is prepared with oil - field circle injection water at the cross - linking ratio by 10 : 1.
