摘　　要：烧毛工序是控制染整加工质量的首要环节 ,烧毛工艺质量的优劣直接影响到纺织品最终的外观、实物档次、风格及服用性能。本文阐烧毛工艺条件 ,以此剖析节能型烧毛火口的机理 ;推荐老机改造可选用的清洁型节能火口及装置 ;阐明烧毛工艺条件的控制方案。This lecture chiefly described process condition of singeing, analyzed mechanisms of energy saving burner, recommended clean and energy saving burner and its device applied to old machine reform, expounded control program to singeing process conditions. It is helpful to save energy , improve quality and increase economic efficiency.
