摘　　要：针对电梯门机的使用特点,研制出专用的稀土永磁无刷直流电机调速系统,实现了门宽的自学习、运行参数的修改及按给定曲线调速运行等功能。文中介绍了该无刷直流电机的设计和控制方法,通过样机的试验和应用效果良好。According to the specific characteristics of elevator door machine,a rare-earth permanent magnetic brushless DC motor speed-adjustable system is developed in this paper.The self-learning of door width,adjusting of running parameters and speed-adjustable controlling in given curve are realized.The design method of this brushless DC motor speed-adjustable system is introduced.It is shown that the design is rational by prototype trial.The fine applying result is obtained in practice.
